A painting inspired by my favourite @Goldengoose ’SUPERSTAR’ sneakers with hidden butterflies. As my absolute favourites, they are well worn and have many stories! 

I often paint shoes, both mine and other people’s as they tell the stories of our lives and I love the way Golden Goose put it…  ‘We pick and select things everywhere, gathering stimuli, and new experiences. We infuse those memories in our sneakers, with scratches and stains to prove it.’
