Pink Geraniums

 I bought 6 pink geranium plants from Cornwall and planted them in a long box, reminiscent of the beautiful displays of window boxes throughout the South West of England. I love reading old postcards and collaged a few Cornish ones from my collection within the piece. Postcards act as little windows on peoples holidays, and some of these can still be read..(I love the one about ‘nothing here but sand and rocks..’!) Other papers used include fragments from the readers digest guide to gardening and stamps from all over the world.
